We have dancers in every skill level and from every age group. Susannah Burley
Susannah Burley
Dance Instructor
I began my dance training at age 5 at The Ana Roje School of Russian Ballet in Boston. The specific technique was developed by Nicholas Legat alongside Agrippa Vagonava. I studied with:
Anna Meyer: Former Principal with The Copley Square Ballet and current Artistic Director of Anna Meyer and Dancers.
Zabelle Margosian: Former soloist with The Zagreb Ballet Yugoslavia, Former Principal with Copley Square Ballet and current teacher for Deborah Mason School Of Dance, The Ballet program director for Brandeis University, and The Boston Skating Club.
David Drummond: Former Soloist with Boston Ballet, Principal and Artistic Director Copley Square Ballet. I spent two summers in my teens dancing with Bermuda Civic Ballet under the tutelage of Dame Patricia Gray. I performed in La Sylphide and La Pari as a member of the corps de ballet. Beginning my junior year of high school I was given the opportunity to study pedagogy with David Drummond and given my first class of dancers to teach under his guidance. I taught ballet consistently from then on through my twenties for the Ana Roje School, The Dance Complex and the Deborah Mason School Of Dance both in in Cambridge MA. I also taught ballet at Riverside Theater Works in Hyde Park MA, and performed in and choreographed for various musical productions. During my twenties I was a member of a modern jazz company called Impulse Dance directed by Adrienne Hawkins, Boston MA. I believe Dance, and ballet in particular to be about learning how ones body moves and works. Every dancer is different, each has strengths and weakness, and figuring out what you are capable of is the most important goal. Dance lets us celebrate who we are, it takes us on an exciting, frustrating and joyful journey that never ends. I am so excited to share my love and passion for ballet once more.

Cheryl Gregory
Cheryl Gregory
Studio Manager
I have always had a love for dance. In junior high, I entered a local twisting contest against kids much older than me and won. I was a baton twirler in junior high and a member of the modern dance team and captain of the dance/drill team in high school. Later, I got involved with California Aerobic Dance as the director of the program, in my home town, in charge of auditioning, hiring, and training instructors, as well as teaching several aerobic dance classes. When I moved to Colorado, I wanted to continue my involvement in dance, so I joined West Side Dance taking adult jazz, clogging, hip hop, tap, and irish. I still continue to take tap, clog and jazz classes at Destination Dance with the same group of ladies that I have been dancing with for almost 20 years. We have danced in several local and national competitions, but the friendship and fun we have dancing is the best part of my dancing experience. I also help at the studio in the office, teach the father/daughter recital dance and help with the dance competition team. I am so honored to be a part of the Destination Dance Studio and to continue my love for dance.
Shea Jackson
Shea Jackson
Dance Instructor
My name is Shea Jackson and I discovered my love of dance at the age of seven. I was trained in classical ballet for 7 years and danced on pointe for 5 of those years. When I was younger I also studied tap, jazz, and character dance but ballet was my true love. I was in several performances of the nutcracker which focused on character based roles and ballet. In high school I joined the Wheat Ridge High School POMs team where we won 2 state championships and that is where I found my love for hip hop. During my senior year of high school I studied at a dance studio where I focused on POMs, hip hop, lyrical, jazz, and ballet. I was also on the University of Montana dance team in Missoula in 2019. Dance has always been my passion. Just walking into a dance studio fills my heart with joy and I hope to share that joy with the students. My goal is to create a fun environment where the kids can express themselves and find their own love of dance.
Danielle Lombardi
Danielle Lombardi
Dance Instructor
Danielle Lombardi has been dancing since she was 3 years old and absolutely loves it! She loves that dance gives people who are on the
shy side, like herself, the opportunity to express themselves through motion instead of communicating simply through words. Working
with kids and dancing are her two passions in life, so she loves getting to see kids get excited about dance just like she does! Although she mostly specializes in Poms, tap is her favorite style of dance because she loves the rhythmic sounds and the fun history behind tap dancing! Ms. Danielle recently graduated from Regis University with her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and will be teaching Second Grade starting this year!
Leanne Mori
Leanne Mori
Dance Instructor
Leanne started dancing at the age of 4 at a small studio in Texas where she danced both ballet and tap. She danced for five years until her family moved and she took a hiatus from dance but continued with her music interests. Leanne plays piano and violin and continued in her music practice throughout her primary school years into college. Leanne graduated from the University of Colorado Health Science Center School of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in 2007 and decided it was time to get back to dance. She started back up with tap and jazz classes at the Arvada Center for a couple of years before taking yet another break to start a family. When her daughter started dancing at Destination Dance, it was only a matter of time before she started into the adult classes herself: musical theater, jazz, tap, clog, ballet and she can’t get enough. Now she dances with the company, and assists and substitutes in the junior classes, helping students improve technique and foster a true love of dance and self-expression.
Jordan Shulman
Jordan Shulman
Dance Instructor
Jordan has been dancing since the age of three. Her formative years were spent in Tap, Jazz, and Ballet. She also has limited experience in Square Dance, Ballroom, and Flamenco. At the age of nine she attended her first Clogging workshop, and decided to pursue becoming a team member on the Town and Country Cloggers. For better part of the next 15 years Jordan spent her free time with the team competing, performing and attending workshops across the Southeastern US. In the final five years on the team Jordan worked directly with the Team's Director to assist in staging and teaching routines for all team members.

She has been dancing since she was 3 years old where she took ballet, hip hop, and jazz classes. Meagan was in a dance company for 5 years at her dance studio in Las Vegas, Nevada. Meagan also was a varsity team member of her high school's dance and cheer teams and Colorado State University Golden Poms. She has taught various dance classes throughout her high school/college career and is now an instructor at Destination Dance. She loves choreographing and teaching for our minis, juniors, teens, and adult company members and hosting cheer/pom workshop classes! Meagan provides the opportunity to many individuals in the Denver area to get active and to get dancing. Through the many community events she has attended, she hopes to keep spreading the love for dance wherever she goes!
